La Tagliata – Positano
This family owned restaurant with incredible views over the Galli isles, Capri and the magical town of Positano is an ideal setting for a rustic wedding reception serving genuine and original Italian dishes.
Wanderlust Weddings loves this venue not only for its spectacular location but also for its fun-loving and relaxed atmosphere that Don Luigi and his family have created over many years.
We recommend getting married on Positano’s beautiful town hall terrace, followed by an aperitif at a local Positano cafe before heading up to the hills to this gem of a place – La Tagliata.
Location: A short drive from Positano. The restaurant provides a free shuttle bus to pick up and drop off guests

Do I need a wedding planner? The restaurant manager is very accommodating and the reception side of your wedding could be organised through her. You may like to think about hiring a wedding planner for the legal/ceremonial side of things or if you are ambitious, organised and have some time on your hands, you could try arranging it yourself and hire an interpreter on the day. See more in our ‘legal’ section which is coming soon….
